EESP Quantum Systems Inc. directly collects only the personal information reasonably needed to run and protect this website and to respond when people contact us. The site's hosting provider and the external services used by its interactive educational tools may process limited technical information as described below.
Scope and accountability
This notice applies to eespquantumsystems.com and communications sent to the published EESP contact address. EESP is responsible for personal information under its control. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to rovita@eespquantumsystems.com.
Information collected
EESP does not currently use a public contact form, its own site analytics, or display advertising on this site. The site includes advertising-account verification metadata and an ads.txt file for configuration purposes, but no advertising script is currently loaded by these pages. The website's hosting and content-delivery provider may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, device and browser information, the page requested, the referring page, approximate location, and the date and time of the request.
Email communications
If you contact EESP by email, EESP will receive the address, name, message content, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, financial information, health information, unpublished inventions, export-controlled material, or other sensitive or confidential information unless EESP has expressly approved a secure channel in writing.
Why information may be used
Personal information may be used to answer questions, consider genuine collaboration requests, keep necessary business records, protect the site and company, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties. EESP will not sell personal information or use it for an unrelated purpose without permission or another lawful reason.
Service providers and locations
A third-party hosting and content-delivery provider serves the website and may process request, security, and delivery data for those purposes. EESP may also use other companies for domain services, security, business email, and interactive environmental-data services. Those companies handle information under their own terms and may process it outside Canada, where different laws may apply. Access will be limited to what is reasonably needed to provide the service.
Voluntary support payments
When you choose to make a voluntary support payment, you leave this site for Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe—not this website—collects and processes the payment and identity information you submit under Stripe's Privacy Policy. EESP may receive contact details, payment amount and status, and transaction records needed to administer the payment, prevent fraud, keep business records, answer payment or refund questions, and meet legal obligations. EESP does not ask you to send card or banking details by email.
Interactive environmental information
The worldwide air explorer contacts third-party geocoding and atmospheric-data services only after you search for a place or choose a sample city. The place name you enter and the selected city's coordinates are sent to those providers so the requested estimate can be returned; EESP does not request your device location. The Canadian fire and smoke panels request public data and map images from Government of Canada services, so those services may receive ordinary web-request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and time of access. These tools are provided for education and are subject to the respective providers' privacy practices.
How long information is kept and protected
EESP will keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal duties, security, dispute prevention, or necessary business records. It will then be deleted or stripped of identifying details where appropriate. Reasonable business and technical protections will be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether EESP holds personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion. EESP may need to verify identity and may retain information where law or legitimate recordkeeping requires it. You may also raise a privacy concern with EESP's published privacy contact.
Browser storage and external services
EESP does not currently use its own analytics. The air-quality tools temporarily store recently retrieved public environmental data in your browser to reduce repeat requests. This information contains observations and retrieval times—not your name, email address, or device location—and can be cleared through your browser settings. The hosting provider and external educational-data services may use necessary technologies under their own privacy practices to deliver and protect their services. External links are governed by the destination's privacy practices.
Effective date and updates
Effective date: September 19, 2026. EESP may update this notice as its website, communication methods, service providers, advertising practices, or legal duties change. Important revisions will be identified by a new effective date.
